Welcome to Grumpy Grizzly by Conmigo, a cozy, family friendly 2 bedroom, 1bath apartment with private entry, ideally located in Sandy, Utah, near the Wasatch Mountains and top ski resorts. Perfect for families, couples, or ski groups, this bright and comfortable home includes everything for a relaxing stay.

After a day on the slopes, unwind in the HOT TUB or enjoy the fun shared backyard featuring a trampoline, fire pit, hammock, turf field, disc golf, and sandpit. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals, and the living room offers a Smart TV for cozy nights in.

Sleeping arrangements: one queen bed and one triple bunk bed, ideal for kids or groups. The private bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and essentials. Guests have exclusive access to the basement apartment. A locked door connects to the main house; laundry access can be arranged upon request (small fee).

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, you’ll find:

Comfortable, cozy stay

We were happy with our stay at this comfortable VRBO. It had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The owner upstairs was very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

Had a lovely stay!

I satyed here with my four children while we were visiting relatives for two weeks. It was a great place! A good size for what we needed. It was nice to have a kitchen and the kids loved the backyard. The place clearly displayed pride of ownership, and all communication with management showed a dedication to exemplary customer service.

A wonderful home away from home

My daughter and I ended up extremely ill (no fault of this place at all) and I was blessed enough to feel like I was completely at home. I was comfortable and so was my daughter despite us both being miserable and later ending up in a hospital. But I will always remember this place very fondly. The neighborhood, the tiny home, everything. Felt so comfy here. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay the owner was very nice and helpful I ended up locking my keys in the car he helped me get them out that was above and beyond we will stay again .
