PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES. - Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free. - Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am.
2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).
3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.
4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.
5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road. - You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.
6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it. - LOST KEY FOB is $150. - LOST PARKING PASS IS $250. - If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30. - Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.
7. GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. Upon request, you must supply a government ID of your guest(s) for complex security. -- If you want to invite a larger group of guests, contact Grand Road about renting a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group. We’d love to help. -All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices. -All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest.
8. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. -If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations.
9. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.
10. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.
11. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us.

I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2025 while in town for a conference at the convention center. The hosts were very helpful with my requests leading up to my stay and I was happy to see the unit was just as described. The building itself is great with lots of amenities. Location was convenient. Would definitely stay here again for business or pleasure!
We stayed one night for a concert at the Delta center super convenient location for that. Check in check out process was super simple. A bonus is it came with parking so you didn’t have to worry about paying for parking in downtown Salt Lake.
My friend and I wanted to come back to SLC for a long weekend! The location of this apartment was perfect! It was very easy to get around the city, it’s close to great restaurants, shopping and cycling studio! From start to finish, this property was easy to book, the communication was awesome and we were very satisfied with our stay.
Fun unit. Great location. Walking to shopping /sight seeing etc. LOVED the hot tub on the roof. Great views.

This was a great property for a conference at the Convention Center because it was a couple of minutes walk across the street. The apartment was pretty small but it was all I needed and had lots of amenities. Sure beats a hotel room. Loved the Lime Scooters to get around downtown. They are so quick and easy and readily available.
We enjoyed our stay here. There are so many fun things to do such has billiards, swimming pool and gym. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Salt Lake. We would definitely stay again. The one and only difficult thing was being able to get the parking pass before we could park. It was only a minor inconvenience. One of us stayed in the car while the other went up to the condo to get the pass.
