Other things to note
Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.

Cozy home in a great location

The house is clean and well decorated - every space from the front to backyard is inviting. It's in a great location, if you drive to the nearest main street, you can see the capitol. Very happy with our stay.

Beautiful Place to Connect

We had family come together in support for a medical procedure for one of our members. The home was clean, well laid out, and was a perfect little getaway spot where we were able to connect and relax while awaiting results.

Amazing Place to Stay

My parents and brothers and I stayed at this lovely home before we headed out to Yellowstone. It was a very comfortable, clean and cozy place to stay. We could not have asked for much more from this home. Another plus was the location. About a 10 minute drive from all the amazing places to see in SLC. Whenever we come back to the area, we will look to book here again.

Cute home

Everything was good except for we weren’t able to do early check in after we were told in a message that it was an option for an additional fee ..I inquired about it and said we would like to do early check and was never replied to on the possibility of it or not. Other than that the house was clean except for a musty smell, I recommend putting plug in air fresheners.
