Lovely Stay

I was traveling for work in Utah, and my husband joined me to make a trip out of it. We loved staying at this location. The host is very sweet, and the pool is delightful. We were extremely happy with our stay.

This beautiful home was absolute serenity and class. The furnishings and the bed is very comfortable. We had all the supplies we needed for a full stay.The owner was vert responsive and so friendly, it felt like home.We fell in love with the dogs Ellie and Kinsey, who would bark then run over for petting.We actually had a space in the garage which was so appreciated.We were welcome to sit out by the pool and their massive deck, that was special.The VRBO is 1/2block from the capital building. Downtown SLC was very convenient from stay.We will definitely here on our next visit.Thank you guys, you made our stay exceptional!

Great Neighborhood!

Very nice property with a private oasis out back with a huge pool! The 2 bedrooms were a decent size and the bed was comfy. Across the street from the capitol which has a lovely park surrounding it. Also found a cool trail right next door! This will be my first choice for my next visit to SLC!

Great location to base for snowshoeing and exploring the downtown. Very good restaurants are within walking distance. Hosts very responsive to questions.

Great Place

The cozy guest house on Capitol Hill was a great stay! It has beautiful views, and the house and grounds are meticulously kept. Communication was great. I would recommend.

Amazing stay!

I can't say enough great things about the property and the owners. My mom and I had a fantastic time. The pool and all of the amenities were an amazing part of our stay. The place is very clean and has everything that we needed plus more. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful getaway

I have no complaints because this place rocked! There were two wonderful dogs, Ellie and Kenzie, they kept us safe. The property itself is huge and well worth the price for the amount of potential it has. I loved my stay and it definitely helped make my vacation that much better!

Comfortable, private and convenient

Comfortable and quiet place with everything we needed. Garage parking in the cold was great. Beds and couches comfortable. Streaming TV was great. Kitchen well equipped. Nice location within easy walk of Capitol and easy drive to restaurants. Would stay again.

Very comfortable Guest House in Great location

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed with me at Kyle’s Guest House. We very much enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. The location turned out to be ideal. We were in town for a ski trip. Our favorite ski areas are Alta and Snowbasin and as it turned out, this location was about the same timewise to each of these ski areas (about 40 min). It is also right near downtown so it was very convenient to get around.

Enjoyable stay!

Beautiful locale and well-appointed home. I would highly recommend. Hosts were certainly friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to many places, including the State Capitol, was a plus. Given we stayed during the colder season, the inside garage parking was appreciated.

Wonderful vacation rental!

Beautiful Spanish style home and guest house. Plenty of room in the bedrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. The hot tub was lovely. The dogs were very cute. We came to visit family and ski, and the location worked well for both. Great area for walking, great neighborhood and very quiet at night. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect city break location

We enjoyed 4 fantastic nights located on the hill just above Salt Lake City. Perfect location, able to explore the city on foot with easy access to everything. The house was beautifully appointed with plenty of room and a gorgeous pool to relax in. The owners were on hand at all times via the app, to ensure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to all!

Incredible neighborhood

Lovely guesthouse on a property just steps away from the capitol building. The hosts were the best ever, so concerned about us and our comfort. Wonderful cozy apartment with delightful decor. Can’t wait to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the beautiful pool.

Perfect for Exploring SLC!

We stayed here between ski trips in the SLC area. It was the perfect size for our group of three to spread out and work remotely without feeling cramped but still very cozy. It was also so close to the Capitol which provided a great outdoor amenity for walks when we needed a break. Close to a lot of restaurants and hosts were very friendly and attentive. Thanks for having us!

Girls weekend

This is a lovely property. The hosts were very nice and helpful when we needed anything. The guesthouse is exactly as it looks in the pictures (maybe even better in person!) The location was perfect for us, close enough to downtown but not right in the middle of everything. Easy to get to the interstate so getting to and from everything was very easy. We were here with 3 adults and there was plenty of space for all of our things and never felt cramped. The backyard/ pool area felt like we were at our own little retreat. Just the space we needed to enjoy our weekend!
