We checked in late, the front desk lady was nice but you could tell that the night seemed a little rough. Our room was dirty, not vaccummed, grass or something in the sheets bathroom was probably the cleanest part of the room. The dresser was unusable. It was broken, so they turned it around and put it against the wall.

Close to airport. 24 hour shuttle. Great breakfast. Clean and they are updating with construction right now. We didn’t hear a thing and we were there until 10am.

There was construction going in at the hotel, lots of workers inside painting. Railings were laid in stairwells and one entrance was almost inaccessible. Had to park towards the front if you didn’t want to walk a ways. The fire alarm went off through the whole hotel and there was no direction or really anything from staff. Room had construction debris in it but thankfully didn’t smell like cigarettes like our friends did. All in all it’s ok if you just need to crash for the night but they definitely need some improvements!

Well after getting ready for bed. I turned down the covers. I found a dead bed bug. I called the front desk. Nothing happened, he said he would let the manager know. I was so exhaused, due to being up since 5 am. I just slept on top of the covers. The people above me were noisy until past midnight. I reported the the bug incident to the front desk. I even gave her the bug...wrapped in toilet paper. I was told the manager would be in by 10 am. It is now 12:34pm. I called the front desk. No response. I would like to be compensated in some way.

The grout is cracked out around the tiles and there were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot water was warm at best. Found a pair of socks in the closet. The shuttle service from the airport took an hour to pick us up. Parking is $10 a day. Our flight was delayed and they said if we weren’t there by 1:00a.m. our room could be canceled when we already paid for the reservation.

We booked this property as the information said they had 24 hour airport shuttle service. Well, we arrived shortly after mudnight and when we called for the shuttle were told it would not be available till 5am.

Painting the interior of building, closing pool, sauna and fitness center. Workmen, equipment blocked hallway. We were put in room across from pool. Smelled of paint, had to walk around workmen, often having to wait, noisy. Then worked until after 8 PM. Wasn't until I complained to front desk that they moved us to another room, even though this was all going on just off front desk area so they were well aware of situation. "Sorry for the inconvenience" was all we got, Money wasn't the issue, poor service and value were/are. Bad management.

It was fairly simple to get to where we needed to go. The water for the shower could have been hotter. While the bed was super comfy the lack of table and chairs for eating in the room was inconvenient and just not comfy for lounging while waiting for each other to get ready.

The first room still had the previous guest!s garbage in it. The hallway floor of the second was filthy from workmen who hadn't cleaned up after themselves. The third was okay. Breakfast was good but nothing special. The front desk people were very helpful.

The staff was nice and offered a to go breakfast when I was not going to make the usual breakfast. I left before breakfast started and they had something for me to take to the airport.

Just passing thru, work trip- extended.. Arriving after midnight, exhausted 2:30 am our time. We left around 10am following day. Clean property- comfy bedding. Helpful/attentive staff. Breakfast looked good - enjoyed the coffee. Room Needed extra, warm blankets. Please replace your pillows. I folded two over and made it work. Left refreshed - thank you!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Got stuck in SLC because our flight was canceled, so booked this room. Upgraded to a 2 queen suite for a few dollars more. Everything seemed alright until we went to bed. Room 228 should come with a CLEAR disclaimer. It is directly over the lobby and front door. Every time the electric door opens and closes I got to wake up to a buzzing sound from the floor. Then when people started talking as they stepped outside, we could hear them clear as day. In the morning I told the front desk attendant, who was nice and polite, but instead of offering anything, he told me that he has had OTHER GUESTS make the same complaint!
