Hotel Primarosa is a value in a charming town

Hotel Primarosa is a value in a charming town (Salsa Primaggoria Terme) near Parma. Clean, comfortable room - spacious enough and a good - not elaborate - breakfast. Laundry sent out was expensive - do it yourself. Overall great valueif you are driving between Florence and Venice. Located in the area of Parmagian cheese and Parma hams.

Nice respite

Our original plan was to use this hotel as a rest stop heading back north, but it was a little further from the highway than we had thought it would be. If you're looking for a place to stay in that specific town though, I would highly recommend it. My only other small gripe was we had myself and my parents in the room and to accommodate them, they had two single beds pushed together, but a minor complaint. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast didn't have any hot food, but the breads/meat/cheese did fine and they even put a tiramisu which was an added bonus!
