"My Country House" Salò - Charming country house with a garden, air conditioning, and parking

Charming 110-square-meter rustic house with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, and a garden included in the rate. Strategically located just a few minutes from the centre of Salò, it’s ideal for those who love hiking and biking on designated trails.
Spanning two floors, it can accommodate up to 4 adults. On the ground floor, there is a bright living/dining room with a kitchenette, a hallway, and a half-bath. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a window and a shower.
An electric gate with a remote control provides access to the property, where you can park.
Due to the layout of the house, it is recommended that children be at least 6 years old.
The tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night (free for children up to age 13) must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Upon request made well in advance, it is possible to convert a double bedroom into a twin room.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a pro forma rental agreement, which must be returned signed.
Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.
On site, you will find a guest book containing all the necessary instructions for your stay, the rules to follow—including instructions for recycling—as well as useful phone numbers, addresses, and places of interest to visit in the surrounding area.
