"Best area for families, the property itself is a little outdated but well managed.
Free parking, it's better to have breakfast outside with many good options."

"cool vibe and main area.
the room had some dents in the wall and the barn yard style doors are an interesting choice for the bathroom and toilet area....."
"Only feedback is food should be available later in the evening. Even a simplified menu would be appreciated. Sucks to work late then have to go back out for food because you missed the 9pm dinner cut off."
"From the moment my partner and I entered the hotel, the staff greeted us with friendly demeanor. This made us feel immediately comfortable and at ease throughout our five-day stay. Although we encountered a minor issue with an amenity, it was resolved right away, ensuring a seamless experience. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend this hotel!"
"Beautifully appointed rooms and the food in the restaurant is excellent. This is a can't miss lovely hotel in downtown Portland. There is also a light rail stop very close which we used after returning a rental car to the airport. The light rail is very user friendly. We just had to tap a credit card and were able to board and ride to downtown for $2.80. This hotel is also a great location. It is very close to the rose garden, Japanese garden and the art museum which were all excellent. The art museum has a small European collection but had work by many masters including Monet and Van Gogh."
