What a nice surprise! After exploring the Sawtooth Range, and driving along the Salmon River in spectacular Idaho, we arrived in the little town of Salmon. And what a nice treat! The small historic retail core is cute, and our motel was nearby. This is really quite a standard little motel, with adequate (but clean rooms), but the Manager was exemplary!

I had two quiet nights staying at the Salmon ID Super 8. The lady that checked me in was so friendly and helpful. This hotel is lucky to have her to represent their business. The hotel's location is good. Not a lot of amenities, but no complaints.

I liked the welcoming front desk lady the most! She was friendly and it was like we were best friends! The accommodations were good. Clean, pleasant and perfect for my husband and me. The breakfast was especially good! I would stay there again. I do think the price charged by Expedia was high! I will go to the hotel directly next time!
