"We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home. "

"Stay was good. Room was smaller than what I thought/expected. The room and hotel is older and a little dated, but it was clean and welcoming overall. The price was much higher than usual due to the local events occurring this weekend and proximity to the events. Staff was good. Room was clean. Our view was of the pool side/bar. Parking was a little tough but a guaranteed spot is reserved nearby if the main lot is full. "
