"Clean room good quality towels comfy beds. Excellent breakfast. Staff polite and very helpful. We had an issue with the noise from the hotel behind (Santana ) from the cooling tower, we asked to change room at 1.15 in the morning because we couldn’t sleep. We asked for a room at the front, the staff were so helpful with us moving rooms. We have stayed here many times, this is the first time we have had a problem which was the hotel behinds fault not the Mayflower’s."
