Got a great rate on Expedia. Hotel was clean, well maintained and the staff were really friendly.
Breakfast bar left a bit to be desired. The eggs and sausage and gravy were tasteless but hot. Otherwise very few choices for anyone on a low-carb/sugar diet.

the spa had to much chlorine in it and was not very strong from the jets and the water pressure was not good, otherwise everything else was fine

We didn’t end up staying here. We checked in, went to our room and checked out. The room was dirty, stains on carpet and walls, and a dirty towel left on one of the beds.

Property is very old and outdated. Not the cleanest place either. The pool water was so cold it was not enjoyable. Had 2 little girls very disappointed.

TV did not work. Hot tub did not work. Water in room was scalding or cold no in between. There was no bed sheets or pillows for the hideaway bed. We asked for at least a pillow and they didn't have one. King size bed was dipped down in the middle. The only positive was the breakfast and the staff tried to help.

I rented the room for my adult son who was visiting from out of town. Because I was local I had to put $250 cash deposit down. Then when he got checked in half the toliet seat was missing. Literally half the seat was gone. He repoeted it immediately and no offer to move him rooms was made and it was not fixed 2 days later when checked out.

Hotel is good. The clerk at check in was rude when I asked a question.
I have stay 3+ times and things have changed since then. And I asked why my email and phone number was needed if it wasn’t printed request but handwritten. And he rudely said it’s required. The other guy was nicer and explained the changes in check in but I feel like I should be able to ask questions without being treated like crap.
Looks nice from the outside, very ran down and out of date. Carpet has burn holes, tv didn't work, remotes were dirty, bathroom had stray hairs everywhere.

the hotel needs some updates. The carpets are getting worn in the corridors.
instead of painting the whole room they touched up spots with a different color so it looks tacky.
We specifically booked this hotel for the pool as it was my daughter's birthday. There were no refunds and we weren't told until after check in that their pool was closed.
When I arrived they could not find my reservation. When I checked my banking account I saw where they had already taken money out of my account. Then I was told that I was listed as a "no show". My reservation date was correct and I was standing in front of them yet I was being listed and charged for a "no show". After spending the better part of thirty minutes trying to get checked in, I discussed with the staff that we needed to make sure the charges came off for the "no show". I remind them again on check out that they needed to be removed. After I returned home and checked my account......guess what? They still had not been removed and I was charged for three nights instead of the two I had correctly reserved. I called them and explained to them that I needed to get credited the additional amount I had been charged. Will see if this happens or not....I have spent way too much time on this very simple matter

Room was clean, with comfy beds. Hallways and other common areas were quite run down. Breakfast was decent.
The toilet seat in my parents room 129 was very loose not safe for a regular person but especially not safe for my sister who is hanicapped and in a wheelchair. The dooor handle to our room om the inside fell off and we had trouble getting out of our room!

My 1st room had an issue with the toilet. Wouldn't shut off and kept running. One call to the front desk and I was upgraded to a different room on the same floor. Most comfortable bed anywhere.
I always stay here and I love the people you hire. It is in need of some repair as the carpets on the third floor hallways are pretty stained and there are holes in the walls that are patched but not painted. I do love this place for the price, but it is beginning to look shabby.
