The room was clean & looked exactly like the photo from their site. The TV had a problem, but the staff immediately offered another room, but before that happened, another staff member arrived and quickly fixed the issue. I will definitely use this hotel again!

Front Desk Awesome

Diane at the front desk was awesome when I left an item behind, she found it quickly and called me back. We like the convenience of a kitchenette and appreciate the well lit pet area. Lots of options for dining and coffee in the neighborhood. The front desk person at check in was also very helpful.

This was a perfect stop on our road trip from Colorado to Ohio. We had 2 cars, one roof loaded with several sets of skis and 2 snowboards, one car hauling a camper. We were concerned about parking our gear overnight somewhere but this hotel was a bit off the beaten path and parking here was ample, extremely well lit and under security surveillance. I asked the front desk the best place to park the camper and she was reviewing all the security screens looking for the best spot. The facility is definitely older but has been renovated wonderfully- better than most hotel renovations we’ve seen. The beds were comfortable, they had different pillow options on each bed (down and traditional fill), and the towels were very soft. The room was spacious and accommodated 2 adults and 2 dogs perfectly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was well maintained but it was a pet friendly hotel. Our room had a slight smell of a dog wash but after cooking our dinner we didn’t notice it. Amenities were great especially the laundry. Would stay again.

The room was the nastiest motel room I’ve ever seen. The bathroom sink was splattered with what I assumed was pop or coffee. The unused, wrapped toilet paper roll was covered in grime and hair. The shower stall was filthy. After I decided not to stay there, I discovered I could open the door without the key card.

Hotel was much more outdated than it seemed online. Upstairs neighbors were insanely loud and area around hotel had sketchy people in and out. No breakfast or coffee in the morning, no trash can in the bathroom, tv only had 1 channel in the room. Would not stay again in the future unfortunately.
