This hotel provided us what we needed. It was clean and smelled clean. There wasn’t anything wrong with the room. We did have trouble with the room key and had to have it reprogrammed.

Two sisters on escape to relaxation, our room pillow top bed’s, snuggly pillows and breakfast perfect of course. The staff were great! They made a huge effort to make us feel comfortable and my son to feel special on his bday. Everything was nice and clean, with a great breakfast every morning and extra snacks at the complimentary coffee bar. Although the slide for the pool was out of commission for renovations, the pool was kept clean, and slightly warm with plenty of pool toys and gear for the kids to choose from. They had a blast! Miss Jo who made breakfast every morning was so sweet and diligent about her work. She was a joy to interact with the kids. Someone needs to get her a new toaster because it’s about at the end of its life and she’s definitely earned it! (Lol) Thank you, and if we’re back in Salina, we’ll definitely stay again!

Overall it was pretty nice and clean. The staff was very nice especially the woman serving the breakfast area. The only thing that would downgrade it is we booked it as a get away with our grandchildren and the slide at the pool that is pictured on the website was not operating and doesn’t look like it will be for quite some time or ever.

Nice place to stay

Good location, close to highway but quiet. There were many places to eat nearby. Great breakfast. Pool was closed for maintenance but it had a slide and looked like it might be fun for kids.

The king bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The pool was nice (the slide was out of service). The breakfast was very good with hot choices ( scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, oatmeal, waffles) and cold choices ( cereal, yogurt, fruit) and even breakfast egg, sausage, cheese wraps pre-made ‘to go’.

We’ve stayed here multiple times, perfectly located between Dallas and Denver, very friendly, very dog-friendly, clean, comfortable, affordable. Only negative: the TV screens are terrible - I complained a year ago and they still haven’t been replaced.
