"The room was luxurious, welcoming and incredibly comfortable. We loved the bed, linens and all the space for us and our belongings. It was quiet and a relaxing to be in our room. The shower was a small challenge given the smoothness of the very deep bathtub. It was not easy to stay warm while washing our body and the open-air shower."

"Beautiful chateaux - and excellent location in terms of proximity to Saint Emilion. Rooms were great and staff were extremely helpful. Big call out to Veren in the restaurant and wine bar - very attentive, funny and a great ambassador. One suggestion would be for the hotel to run a shuttle bus to Bordeaux a couple of time a day - either free or for a charge - Uber was about €120 into the city albeit much cheaper coming back - would be a nice touch if the hotel wanted to consider it. Overall a fantastic stay - thank you and would recommend it without hesitation (check out the frogs in the lake too - a real frog chorus!)"
