Good walking distance to everything in downtown Salida and home base to skiing Monarch. Stocked kitchen tools, laundry and comfortable beds. All we needed for a long weekend.

Perfect Family Vacation

As a brand new condo, this was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. The location was excellent, within walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and shopping. The area was very quiet as well. The property manager responded to all our questions very quickly. I would stay here again!

Spring Break Ski Trip

We spent 4 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for my husband and I as well as 3 teenagers. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and the property manager was very attentive. We would rent here again!

Excellent location, beautiful condo

The location of this condo is spectacular. Walking distance to all of the Salida shops & restaurants and right around the corner from the Safeway grocery store. It is newly renovated with a fully stocked kitchen and the laundry was key for washing our skiing gear after a few excellent days at Monarch.

Perfect little condo steps from town

Our property was cute, well equipped and comfortable It had all the amenities of home and the beds were very comfy. our host was quick to answer any questions we texted to her we literally were able to walk out the front door and be in this quaint town would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

This 3 bedroom condo is in the heart of downtown. Just a few steps from restaurants, shops, and the river. It was very clean and the beds super comfy. Lisa was quick to respond to our questions! We had a great stay and would return again!

Great simple layout for our group. Beds so comfy! Kitchen and living area is open and bigger than the pictures make it seem. Great air conditioning. Safeway (grocery) almost next door and then all of wonderful downtown less than a block away! Host was easy to communicate with, check in simple with a lock box and very flexible cancellation policy.

Downtown Salida condo

Beautiful downtown condo. Very clean and comfortable. The only issues were no designated parking, no shower soap or shampoo and a lot of stairs. Alley access was unusual and the massive amount of powerlines definitely detracted from the view while on the deck.

Townhome was in a great location. Easy walk to downtown, parks, restaurants and the grocery store. What was really nice was that it was air conditioned! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the parking situation. There are no designated parking spots for that area. Street parking is limited to two hours from 9-5. Cars parked overnight had to be removed by 9am. (2 blocks over free parking was available.) we would stay ere again.

This is a brand spanking new property. It needs some items added, but I bet they are working on it! We were very pleased with the bedding and towel quality and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The location was right in town, so we walked to shops, restaurants, parks, the River, and even some hiking.
