- This newly remodeled house STR # 0350 has tons of room (2400 SF) and can sleep up to 10 people! Three bedrooms (Master Suite with a king, spare bedroom with a queen, and kid's room with double bunk beds each with double mattresses on the bottom). A wide open floor plan with 360 degree views of the mountains including S Mountain. Super close to downtown, high speed Wi-Fi , HD Flat screen TV with cable in all the rooms and an office with a scanner an printer for your use! Great fenced in back yard with entertaining space, grill, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor dining as well. The garage is stocked with several bikes (kids and adults) for your use while you stay. Close to Historic downtown and the Arkansas River so you are close to all the great shops and dining. Ski Monarch is a 22 minute drive and other activities include hiking, biking, hot springs, fly fishing, parks and much more!
