A bright apartment perfect for 4 people, located in the heart of Salerno, just a stone's throw from the sea. The apartment is a short walk from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the Central Station, and the Marina, where you can catch ferries to the beautiful Amalfi Coast, Capri, and Ischia. It’s the ideal choice for those who want to immerse themselves in Salerno’s urban life while enjoying the convenience of having the city’s main attractions and amenities right at their fingertips.



The 40-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with an lift (please note there are 4 steps to reach it) and is laid out as follows:



- Kitchenette with a snack shelf, two stools, and a cooking area equipped with electric hob, mini-fridge with a small freezer compartment, moka pot, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave

- Bedroom I with a double bed, clothes rack, table with two chairs, safe, TV, and split-type A/C

- Bedroom II with a double bed, desk, TV, and split-type A/C

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system heating, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (optional changes available for a fee).



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Salerno, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Salerno Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for an additional fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.

The apartment is located in a central area, just 250 metres from the central station, in an area offering all the amenities you’ll need during your stay: shops, a pharmacy, a post office, restaurants, and bars. By taking Corso Vittorio Emanuele (a 2-minute walk), you can reach the city centre, where you can admire the medieval historic centre, which remains intact. Once you reach Piazza Alfano I, you can visit the Cathedral of Salerno, a structure that appears simple and unadorned from the outside but is enriched with decorations and details as you approach the crypt containing the remains of St. Matthew—the most important part of the building.
