A bright apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea, completely renovated and perfect for four people thanks to its two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is located in an exclusive modern complex situated in a rapidly growing residential area, offering all essential amenities within walking distance, including shops, a pharmacy, a post office, and a supermarket. With the Salerno ring road exit right outside the building and the beach just 50 metres away, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and style.



The 90-square-meter apartment is located on the ninth floor of a building equipped with an lift and is laid out as follows:



- Kitchenette equipped with two induction burners, a mini-fridge, a moka pot, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a microwave

- Living area with a dining table, sofa, and TV

- Bedroom I with a double bed, closet, and chest of drawers

- Bedroom II with a double bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Second bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Terrace with ocean view, furnished with a small table and 4 chairs.



NO PETS ALLOWED.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washer-dryer, air conditioning throughout the apartment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax owed to the City of Salerno, which is EUR 1.50 per night for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

. The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Salerno Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-in is not possible after midnight, even for a fee. All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.



Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) is only possible if no other guests are checking out on the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in the Arbostella area of Salerno, a quiet residential area on the eastern outskirts that combines modern residential and commercial infrastructure with green spaces and recreational areas. Near the apartment are the Arechi Stadium, the Marina d’Arechi port, and several industrial areas and beach resorts. The area is well-connected thanks to the ring road linking it to city centre Salerno and neighbouring areas, as well as a coastal road leading to the Cilento coast. It is also served by the Arbostella train station, just 500 metres from the apartment, and by numerous bus lines that provide easy access to the rest of the city. All essential services are within easy reach: there are bars and supermarkets right outside the building, while the nearest pharmacy is 900 metres away.
