"Our refrigerator did not work and the ice machines on the first floor was broken the sign referred us to use the one on the third floor which was also broken when I got
up there. I found out the next morning I could have gotten ice at the from desk or kitchen. "

"Ok, it's the only option in Licking, but we were there for an event in a nearby town so it helped being close. This place needs major updates it felt like I walked right into the 70's, dark paneling furniture was a piece here from there just wasn't hotel worthy, but it was clean. No hair dryer or ironing board. If you have other options I would probably use those if you need something nicer, I believe there are nicer places up to 30 minutes away. We know now for next time."

"After staying in cabins at Montauk State Park for years we wanted to try something different. The house was much nicer and roomier for less money than a cabin at Montauk. The washer and dryer was very convenient. The deck and patio furniture was nice for sitting out in the evening after fishing. The half bath off of the master bedroom was convenient for my wife and I. The living room furniture there was comfy for napping after a long day of fishing."
