Put used towels in laundry room. Do NOT wash white towels. DO wash beach & kitchen towels & hot pads.

Do NOT strip beds. Leave them messy so we know which ones were used.

Take out ALL trash including bathrooms.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No weddings, bachelorette or bachelor parties, no parties where alcohol or drugs are involved. Outside noise needs to be kept low after 9 pm.

No pets due to “trees” and rocks inside the house. Ask about nearby boarding facilities.
