Our modern and very spacious apartment with 125m ² for at least 4 adults has a living / dining area with fireplace and open access to the usable terrace and garden, which is oriented to the south side, thus promises you a lot of sun from morning to evening and from which you can enjoy a nice Have an overview of Lake Salem and enjoy your breakfast or dinner.
In addition, our apartment has a very large bathroom with bathtub and shower and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers the opportunity for self-sufficiency and for cozy cooking in the evening.

Located on a hill, the apartment offers a beautiful view of Lake Salem, which is directly opposite our apartment.

Free WiFi in the living room and a grill station is available to guests free of charge. Also included are towels, bed linen and the use of the washing machine.

Die sehr große Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick beeindruckend und besicht durch ihre Nähe zum Salemer See (Badestrand, Bootsverleih). Im Alltag zeigen sich diverse kleine Mängel; Die Austattung - insbesondere in der Küche wirkt zusammengesucht und ist teilweise unvollständig und für 5 Personen nicht ausreichend (keine Suppenteller, die auch auf Nachfrage nicht erhältlich siind, aber ca 15 Kaffeetassen; massenhaft duverse Putzmittel aber keine Spülbürste und kein Feudel: nicht benutzbarer verdreckter gemauerter Gartengrill.). Sehr schön ist der Strandkorb im Garten. Die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen, suchen keinen Kontakt. Check-out war nicht möglich, da die Vermieter nicht erreichbar waren.

Tolle Lage der Wohnung, sehr freundliche Besitzer!
Ein wirklich sehr schöne und wertig eingerichtete Wohnung mit großem Garten und schnellem Zugang zum fantastischen Badesee. Besitzer (nebenan) sehr liebenswürdig, hilfsbereit und doch diskret. Außenmarkise sollte mal gereinigt & repariert werden. Besteck und Küchenutensilien geprüft und aufgefüllt werden. Diese Gegend ist unbedingt eine Reise wert!

Hele fijne plek.
De woning is erg groot en erg prettig. 2 slaapkamers en een riante badkamer. Ook de keuken is uitgerust met alle gemakken. Ontvangst is prima en de eigenaren zijn erg behulpzaam. De locatie was super. Direct aan het meer gelegen. Het meer heeft een zeer kindvriendelijk strand wat in de periode waarin wij hier waren erg veel verkoeling gaf. We mochten gebruik maken van de kano's van de eigenaren wat ook weer erg fijn was. Er is prive parkeer gelegenheid en ook nog een riante tuin om 's-avonds, met een glas wijn, te genieten van de sterrenhemel. Kortom wij hebben het hier prima naar ons zin gehad.

Super ruhig gelegen
Wir haben in dieser Wohnung ein verlängertes Wochenende genießen dürfen. Zu dem Objekt gibt es fast nichts zu beanstanden, außer, dass die Bettwäsche nicht ganz frisch gerochen hat. Sie war aber nicht verschmutzt. Die Küche hat eine normale Ausstattung und sieht sehr gepflegt aus. Auch der riesige Wohnbereich ist perfekt um auf der Couch einfach abzuschalten oder um einen gemütlichen Spieleabend am großzügigen Esstisch zu verbringen. Auch der Aussenvereich ist echt schön und man hat einen Seeblick. Von der Lage her ist Salem echt schön. Man kann im 50m entfernten See baden gehen oder sich einfach ein Boot ausleihen und die umliegenden Seen erkunden. Alles in allem würden ich dort nocheinmal hinfahren.

Gut gemeint, ist noch lange nicht gut gemacht. Die Idee mit der Dusche ist zwar nett... sämtlicher Schnick und Schnack vorhanden, nur schlecht sauber zu halten. Schlafräume mit Teppich versehen und der Geruch ist super eigenartig und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Betten sind durchgelegen und das in beiden Schlafräumen. Der Abfluss in der Küche stinkt und da keine Tür vorhanden, zieht der Geruch durch die ganze Wohnung. Die Essecke entspricht wahrhaftig nicht dem hier abgebildeten Bild, sondern man sitzt auf abgenutzten und durchgesessenen Stühlen und der Tisch ist auch ein anderer. Dank des Wetters waren wir viel draußen und haben ununterbrochen gelüftet (Teppich mit Deo besprüht). Die Lage zum See ist einmalig und der See direkt auch.

Eher nicht wieder. Stets bemüht...
Schnell, teilweise billig und anscheinend selfmade (Dusche, Gardinenstangen und Terassentüren)und eigentümlich (Verschiedene nicht zusammenpassende Stile) renoviert, geräuschsensibel, die Eigentümerin läuft gefühlt mit Stöckelschuhen dauernd einem auf dem Kopf herum, der Geruch der Wohnung war stark Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wecken durch Sirene am WE Feuerwehr ist gegenüber. Aber schöne Gegend. See direkt vor der Haustür.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung such...
...ist hier richtig. Es können mehr als 4 Personen übernachten. WLAN etwas schwach. Ansonsten alles was man braucht vorhanden. Ratzeburg ist nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Wer "Action" sucht ist hier falsch.
