"While the place itself was nicely setup. There were continued issues with the plumbing on the property. After reaching out to the host of the property it was realized that she had already been aware of issues with plumbing in the area, but had failed to inform us prior to our stay. This also happened after already switching us to another property due that place having issues with the hot water. A plumber was said to be sent out first thing in the morning and no one showed up. And we have yet to...

"Very easy to contact the host during our stay. Overnight snow was promptly cleaned up by the snow removal crew in the morning. The house is as pictured and very comfortable. The lot is quite large and beautiful. It gave the feeling of being in the country all while being in the city. It was nice to find a variety of family and kid-friendly games. "
