  • Halfway up the hill (400 mt) in a panoramic location, just 2 km from the lake, a beautiful and spacious (240 m²) detached section of a villa surrounded by a large private park, with a magnificent view of the lake and Monte Isola. <br>This generously sized home was renovated in 2020. The separate entrance opens onto the bright living room, featuring large windows that open onto a balcony wrapping around the entire building. <br>Elegant dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom (the beds can be pushed together); each bedroom has its own private bathroom (with a toilet), making this property particularly well-suited for groups of friends or large families. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. <br>The windows are double-glazed. Each room has air conditioning (including the kitchen and living room). Three of the bedrooms have a desk (a printer is available upon request). <br> Outside, the villa is surrounded by a wooded garden with a pool and a sun deck featuring a lounge area. Guests also have access to an outdoor dining area and two barbecues. Plus: a pétanque court, table tennis, a swing, and a wooden playhouse for the children. Reserved parking spaces round out the amenities. <br>In the other part of the villa is an apartment occasionally used by the owner's family (3 people), who do not live in the villa but visit for short stays during the summer or on weekends. In such cases, they also use the pool, but not the surrounding area, which they leave for the exclusive use of holidaymakers. <br>In fact, the large outdoor areas (the garden is over 4,000 metres) and the creation of private spaces allow guests complete independence, even if the family happens to be in their part of the villa.<br>Note:<br>The villa can accommodate up to nine adults. Up to two children under 3 years old can be accommodated (in small travel cots to be placed in two of the bedrooms); children 4 years and older are counted towards the maximum number of guests. <br>

Great Accomodation in a beautiful location

Very nice and clean rooms (every bedroom with its own bathroom). Fully equipped with all necessary things (only kitchen stuff like pans and stove could be renewed). Garden is very beautiful with a great view (only the mass of mosquitos was hard to handle, esp with young kids).

this is a lovely location with a beautiful view of the lake. The place has many things to enjoy including a swimming pool and a bocce ball court. You do need a car, walking into town would be near impossible. However, unlike in town, this place has ample parking,

Family vacation

We had such an amazing time at Niclas accommodation! The house was very clean, newly renovated and pretty well equipped. The garden had everything we needed to enjoy our stay even more, explore and play with the kids (under 2). The communication with Nicla before and during our stay was very pleasant! The house is located up the hill, but the different cities, grocery stores, parks/ playgrounds and ferry to Monte Isola are quite close and easy to reach by car. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

A wonderful holiday had by all

We had a wonderful family holiday at the house. Communication was easy throughout the process and Nicla helped very quickly with a couple of extra items we requested in the house (glasses). The beds were very comfortable, with good quality sheets, beach towels were also provided. Personally, I would have liked larger bath towels, but this is just a small thing. The house and grounds are a wonderful setting for a family holiday, The view is spectacular and there are many places to sit and read or sunbathe. One thing we also loved about the house was the art work and individual pieces of furniture - this house was well thought out, with a keen eye for art and style. It is not your typical holiday house, but lots of thought has gone into it. The pool was a hit with the whole family, especially the children (ranging from age 11 to 16). You do need a car to get anywhere, but there are plenty of options of places to eat and explore - the weather was so hot the weeks we stayed that we stayed close to the house and only ventured to the lake and restaurants. Tips- get the ferry across the water to the island, eat out in Vello and swim from the shore of the lake. Iseo and the surrounding areas are not busy at all and we loved the lack of tourists, we would definitely like to come back in the future. Thanks for making our holiday one to remember.

Eine schöne Villa oberhalb des Ortes mit tolle Blick auf den See. Sauber, modern, gut ausgestattet. Jedes SZ mit eigenem Bad. Riesiger Garten und privater Pool. Vermieterin ist auch super nett und hilfsbereit. Alles perfekt!

Wat een uitzicht

Wij hadden een heel fijne vakantie in dit vakantiehuis. De tuin en het zwembad zijn heerlijk en het uitzicht magnifiek. Wat wij jammer vonden is dat er verschillende dingen kapot waren. De stofzuiger van het zwembad, verschillende terrasstoelen, de barbecue, de elektrische poort... Ook de petanque baan lag er belabberd bij. Dit zijn dingen die wij voor deze prijs wel in orde hadden verwacht. Ook de keuken is redelijk klein en er is weinig gerief om deftig te koken. Maar verder is dit huis heerlijk. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, de badkamers zijn recent gerenoveerd en fijn in gebruik. Er is van alles aanwezig om te lezen, spelletjes te spelen, een tv om de jeugd bezig te houden, opblaasdieren voor in het zwembad,... Kortom, wij hadden een geslaagde vakantie!

Toller Urlaub in schlner Villa mit parkähnlichem Garten

Wir waren 10 Tage mit der gesamten Familie (3 bis 68 Jahre). Das Haus ist sehr sauber und alles ist sehr neu. Ausblick und Garten sind wirklich traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind toll und die Bäder ebenfalls sehr neu. Der Pool ist eher frisch, was aber für uns optimal war :) Nicla ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die auch während des Urlaubs erreichbar ist. Der Iseosee ist wunderschön, die Leute alle sehr nett! Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt und werden uns noch lange an den Urlaub erinnern.

Traumhaus

Wir waren mit 6 Personen, davon zwei Kinder in der ersten Septemberwoche zu Gast in der Villa Gaia. Das ganze Anwesen war noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern in der Anzeige. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Vom aller feinsten. Großes Wohnzimmer und Küche. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Das beste aber war der riesige Garten. Hier gab es einen großen Pool ( ist in Wirklichkeit größer als auf den Bildern). Tischtennis Platte und den großen Garten mit vielen Oliven Bäumen, Feigen, Kirschen, Tomaten, Kräutern uvm. Wir durften uns im Garten bedienen und haben jeden Tag Feigen zum Frühstück vepflückt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und absolut unkompliziert. Für uns war es bestimmt nicht der letzte Besuch in der Villa Gaia.👍❣️

Correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Très bien équipé (cuisine, jeux extérieurs etc.). La famille du logement principal était absente lors de notre séjour. L'extérieur et la vue sont magnifiques.

paradiesische Lage- traumhafter Garten

Meine kleine Familie (Sohn 13, Partner 66 und ich 53) haben im April/ Mai zwei Wochen in der Villa Gaia verbracht. Die Bilder im der Fe-Wo Inserat sind bereits sehr schön, aber das Haus in Wirklichkeit noch viel hübscher. Wir verbrachten die 1. Woche mit einer befreundeten Familie mit drei Kinder zwischen 9 und 14. In der zweiten Woche genossen wir das schöne Anwesen mit zwei befreundeten Paaren. Dank der geräumigen Zimmern und der persönlichen und sehr schönen Badezimmern hat man genügend Privatsphäre. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Obwohl der Gärtner jeden Tag Gartenarbeiten verrichtete, fühlten wir uns dadurch nie gestört. Das Haus ist mit dem Auto etwa 5 Minuten von Sale Marsino entfernt und liegt an erhöhter Lage. Ohne Auto ist ein Aufenthalt kaum möglich. Nicla hat uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben und stand uns auch während des Aufenthalts stets hilfsbereit zur Seite. Ihr liebevoll gestaltetes Haus würden wir sofort wieder mieten und können es wärmsten weiterempfehlen. Guter Tipp: Im Frühling Hausschuhe mitnehmen, die Keramikbodenplatten sind kühl.

Schönes Anwesen mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in dem gerade renovierten Haus. Nicla hat das Haus selbst sehr kunstvoll gestaltet und ausgestattet. Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr schön und sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon im ersten Stock ist traumhaft. Wir haben oft selbst gekocht und hätten uns in der Küche ein wenig mehr Utensilien zum Kochen gewünscht. Gestört hat uns tatsächlich die Schnellstraße oberhalb des Hauses. Es ist dauerhaft relativ laut. Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Unglaublich schönes Haus und riesiger Garten!

Wir reisten als Familie im Alter von 9 bis 79 Jahre für einen Herbsturlaub nach Sale Marasino und können nur eins über die Villa und das Grundstück sagen: atemberaubend. Ich habe selten ein so schönes Ferienhaus und einen so reizvollen Garten gesehen. Hoch über Sale Marasino am Ende der eigenen kleinen Zufahrtsstraße genießt man einen wunderbaren Blick über den Iseosee. Wir konnten uns am Garten und der Ferne nicht sattsehen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad besitzt, ist großartig. Die Küche ist klein, aber der offene Wohnbereich ist für Familien genau richtig. Uns fehlte es an nichts und wir sind sogar noch Mitte Oktober einmal in den kalten Pool gesprungen. Für Kinder ist der Garten ein Paradies zum Spielen. Die Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll und rund um den Iseosee einmalig schön. Verona und Bergamo sind etwa 1h entfernt und laden zu Tagesausflügen ein. Wenn es überhaupt etwas gibt, was anzumerken ist, dann die hinter dem Haus gelegene Schnellstraße. Diese ist nicht unbedingt störend, aber doch deutlich zu hören, so dass man leider keine absolute Ruhe genießt. Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub unheimlich genossen. Die Villa ist ein Juwel, der Garten ist riesig, wird täglich gepflegt und ist unglaublich schön. Der Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin Nicla war ausgesprochen angenehm und sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr schöner Urlaub in der Villa

In der Ausstattung sind keine Wünsche offengeblieben. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und alles ist sauber. Der Pool ist sehr groß und hat gerade den Kindern riesigen Spaß gemacht. Der Iseosee ist zwar nicht direkt zugänglich, die Aussicht auf den See ist aber sehr toll und sorgt die ganze Zeit für eine herrliche Atmosphäre. Lediglich die Schnellstraße ist in Hörweite und verhindert die absolute Ruhe. Das ist aber der einzige negative Punkt, den es zu erwähnen gibt. Wir hatten einen tollen, ungestörten Urlaub mit Erwachsenen und Kindern und können die Villa sehr empfehlen! Danke!

Super Urlaub

Tolle Tage in Sale Marasino erlebt. Der Gastgeber war nett und hilfsbereit, das Haus und die Anlage super. Einzig die abgelegene Lage (dadurch aber toller Blick auf den Iseosee) und die hinter dem Haus verlaufende Schnellstraße (leider ohne direkte Zufahrt) könnten den ein oder anderen vielleicht stören. Gilt für uns nicht, wir fanden den Aufenthalt klasse!
