"Well equipped, comfortable cottage with double parking in a gorgeous part of Salcombe. Finding the accommodation proved a little tricky, and we suggest approaching via Coronation Rd on arrival, not down Shadycombe Rd Hill. Easy communication with hosts & property manager, all very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend, thank you! "

"This is an ideal place to relax and enjoy peace, quiet and a sea view. The site was well laid out and about 10 minutes drive to Salcombe. The lodge was very well-equipped, spacious and comfortable, with the benefit of a balcony facing the sea. The host was helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and the accessibility to several beautiful places in the wider area which offer plenty to do and see."

"Clean and super convenient property. Good amenities, great garden and super comfy beds. Difficult to get hold of the management company prior to arrival. But other than that, great property and a good location. "

"This property is need of a lot of repair. Leaks through the ceiling, peeling paint, the water tank is a real issue - you may run out of drinking water! Marks and holes in walls through the property. It is not a virtual check in you have to go collect the keys. We lost two hours trying to get hold of virtual check in. Microwave sounds like it’s going to explode and dishwasher doesn’t work. Really terrible stay. The only plus is there’s a lovely view"
