Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Absolutely disgusting
This was the worst experience ever. The online check in process was a joke, and with no attendant at a front desk we were stuck trying to call after hours to a manager that was less than helpful to get codes to the room. When we finally did get into the room it was a mess! It had not been cleaned from the previous stay. This trip was meant to give my wife one night away from home to antique and eat yummy foods and it made her cry to have to start the trip out like this. I will NEVER attempt stay at this place ever again.
