"Misleading information about the rooms available to book on Expedia: Room listed with shower but there was no shower. BUT a room with private bath was offered at a more expensive price upon arrival (BAIT & SWITCH). ROOMS WITHOUT SHOWERS have access to a community bathroom facility BUT The toilet located across from the room did not work and one must go to the other end of the hall for the toilet. The shower st the end of yhe hall does not have hot water. Leaving one working toilet for 3 rooms....

"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. "A Gem; construction at Kalimba so they rebooked us at the adjacent Kamara resort. Great property: aircon nice and cold, good breakfast offering, tasty food at restaurant. Front desk staff helped in arranging a driver to visit monkey park, crocodile pools, city tour, and car to airport. Would love to go back. Only nit I have is provided toiletries were skimpy"
