"The hosts were amazing. PK was my driver and tour guide, he went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. Staff replied fast to concerns and fixed them immediately. Breakfast from the cafe was delicious and I love that they take your order for it daily. My only complaint is that WiFi only works in the room and there was bad connection without it in the lobby. The staff at the front desk would not provide WiFi to even communicate with drivers which was super annoying. They did allow for us to use their phone but they could have allowed for use of wifi in the lobby. We’d ask multiple times and was only allowed to use it once. "
