The hotel is located in a perfect area for those visiting disneyland. The rooms themselves are outdated. The air conditioning unit in our room was breaking down and made a loud noise every 10-15 minutes throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, the staff was nice and parking was simple enough.

The check in process was quick and simple. Plenty of parking. Everything was kept clean, from the property to our rooms.
My only recommendation for the them would be to have some type of small patio with an ashtray for the smokers.
There are plenty of people who smoke with no place to sit down and have a moment. which leads to them smoking in random places. If you have a designated spot with benches, umbrellas then they become localized which is easier to keep clean.
