Very modern and clean. Great location right next to Uwara train station in Saitama. Nice welcome for non Japanese speakers like us. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Supermarket, cafes.

気が効いています

自動チェックインでしたが、電車の見える部屋をリクエストした為、ひと声かけて下さり、希望に応えようとして下さる姿勢が嬉しかったです。また、アメニティの中にフレグランススプレーを紙に吹きかける物があり、良い香りでホッと出来ました。ここ最近泊まったビジネスホテルの中では群を抜いてホスピタリティがあります。

受験の前泊で使用しました。駅直結のような感じで、 駅のホームが窓から見えてうるさいかな？と思いましたが静かで、快適。フロント横の温かい飲み物がとても美味しく、一旦戻ってきた冷えた体に染みました。加湿清浄機もありこの時期本当にありがたく、利用して良かったです。 バスタブ深め、お湯の量も申し分無し、選べる入浴剤にテンション上がりました。
