Off my list for sure

Not impressed in the least. I will start by saying that the staff was very nice and accommodating to he best of their ability and elevator was fast (there's only six floors), everything else, blaaaaah. The beds were like sleeping on a tile floor, clearly Chinese owned and only Chinese channels on TV except one BBC like channel in English. Carpeted floors felt gross, bathroom was clean but very dimly lit so it made it feel grimy. The electrical (lights, etc) were run by inserting your card in a slot on the wall a somewhat common feature, but this included the air conditioning, so i would come back to a hot room and have to wait for it to cool off. The chairs were too low to be able to actually do work on your computer at the 'desk' without your shoulders hunched up to your ears. The balcony had a decent view of the ocean and potentially great sunset views, although, I wasn't in my room at those times, nor was their a chair to sit out of the balcony and enjoy the view. The sole reason I chose this hotel over others was because it had a pool, but of course it was closed for repairs the entire stay. The thing that annoyed me most was the lack of a simple microwave that I could use to heat up a lunch or dinner. I asked if they staff had one to heat their own food they could let me use... nope. The only one was in the restaurant that closed everyday at 11am. I almost felt bad for the staff no microwave and a chirping noise that lobby surveillance camera made every 2 mins

普通のホテル...なのか？

部屋の作りについては特に問題はなく、部屋もわりと広く価格もリーズナブルだと思います。 ただ、ヘアドライヤーなどはフロントにお願いして貸出してもらわなければならないので面倒です。 時計がないなど細かいところで問題は感じましたが、一番不快だと感じたのは、トイレにトイレットペーパーを流すなと注意書きが有り、便器脇の蓋のないゴミ箱にトイレットペーパーを捨てるようになっていた事で、日本人にはちょっと馴染めないかと思います。サイパンのホテル事情が全てそうなっているとも思えないのでこのホテル特有のものだと思います。もしそうでなければもう少し良い評価をしますが...。

Run away as fast as you can!

The hotel room was prepaid, however, they tried to say they had no rooms available. When we did get a room, it had been condemned per the maintenance personnel. There were no beds only box springs (I kid you not!). Nothing worked, not the lights, door lock, etc. The room was filthy and had not been cleaned. This hotel should be shut down.

ビーチが目の前なのは良い。だが海水浴後水着を洗いたく、館内のランドリーまで歩くがない。聞いたところ古くて無いとのこと。冷蔵庫もコンセントが刺さってない、そして差込口もない。あらゆる箇所に疑問点を持った。

全くお勧めできないし、自分でも二度目は無い

・良かった点 ①ガラパン中心部に近く、便利。 ②給水機（冷水・温水）があるので、頻繁に水を買わなくても済んだ（但し、空になってもそう頻繁に追加はしていない模様） ・悪かった点 ①日本から送迎予約をわざわざ国際電話しているのに迎えに来なかった。現地で電話すると、フライト便を聞き間違えており、そんな便は無いから来ないものと勝手に思ってキャンセルしたとのこと。空港で１時間足止めを食らった。 ②部屋のシャワーはジョーロの散水程度。かつどちらに回すと温水か分からない上に、５分位出し続けないと温水が出ない。 ③ハウスキーピングの入る時間がでたらめすぎる。１１時、１５時、１７時など。適当にやっているとしか思えない。昼寝していても落ち着けない。 ④中華系経営のため、中国人団体旅行者が多く、基本的に騒々しい。 ⑤年末年始特有かもしれないが、12/29日～1/3日まで、深夜（21時～25時頃）カラオケの大音量が響いて寝られなかった。ダイビング旅行の為、朝が早いので非常に迷惑した。 ⑥深夜27時に不審者がドアをノックし続けた。声をかけると（英語）、モーニングコールだと言う。半分朦朧として聞いてみると、中国人団体が明け方のフライトで大量にチェックアウトするので、声をかけて回ったが、間違えて当方の部屋も起こしたとのこと。さすがに頭にきて怒鳴りつけた。 →　以上の悪い点は、クレームを言ってもわびも言わないし、そもそも悪いと思ってない。 →　世界各地、安宿から高級ホテルまであちこち回ったが、こういうのははじめての経験である。 →　絶対に泊まってはいけないホテルだと断言する。

우선 번화가랑 가까워서 좋았습니다. 이동거리가 짧아서 왔다갔다 하기 편했어요 해변도 바로앞에 있고 위치적으로는 만족이었습니다. 호텔직원들도 나쁘지 않았으나, 냉장고, 헤어드라이기, 기본적인 것이 비치가 되어있지 않아서 불편했어요 헤어드라이기는 10불을 내고 디파짓으로 사용해야했구요, 또 복도를 지나다니는 사람들이 있을때는 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 문열고 있는거 처럼요.. 그런거 빼고는 전반적으로 저렴한 가격에 이용하기 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

Absolutely horrible

Beds are box springs, with no mattresses, so you're sleeping on a board. Electricity goes out, including the refrigerator, when you leave the room. "Hot" water was lukewarm at best. Noise from the club below filtered through all night long.

とにかくガラパンのど真ん中に位置しているのでとても便利です。

目の前がDSなのでとても便利です。夜はバスの時間を気にすることなくゆっくりできます。他のレビューではシャワーのお湯が出ないと書いてましたが、ちょっと待つと熱いお湯が出てきます。不満なところはWIFIの電波が弱いところです。各階でWIFIの電波を利用できますが、とにかく弱い！WIFIを使用する方はWIFIルーターを持っていくことを勧めます。それから、私の部屋だけだと思いますが、冷蔵庫が冷たくない！ゴムのパッキンが緩んでいるから冷気が逃げてビールが温くなってしまった。

立地が良い

簡素で古いホテルですが、部屋は清潔でした。 値段を考えるといい方だと思います。 トイレが流れなくても自分で直せましたし、シャワーが蛇口から水漏れで床がびしょぬれに なりましたが、まあ海外だからと思い出になりました。

アットホームな接客

レセプション、メンテナンス（ドライバー）皆さんとてもいい方ばかりです。そこはこのホテルのいいところです。しかし５，６Ｆ以外はリノベーションが終わっておらず部屋の機能で壊れていなければすごくラッキーです。それぐらいリノベーションが必須な状況です。ＷＩＦＩは、団体客が多ければ繋がりにくく、団体客がツアーにでている日中は比較的繋がりやすいです。ロビーで日中仕事をしていた際は問題なく接続できていました。海はまっすぐ歩けばたどり着けるので、困った際のハードロック、地元の定食屋デーエレガンス、カントリーホームすべて歩いて行けますので、食事には困らなかったです。

サイパン オーシャン ビュー ホテルについて

ロケーションは良かったですが、施設がひどかったです。バスルームは排水溝が詰まり、シャワーの水圧が突然変わるので、カーテンをひいていても床が水びだしになってしまいました。水道の浄化システムはホテル独自で行っているらしいですが、ヒルトンなどのホテルと比較すると海水の味がそのままで、うがいをするのも不快でした。 ドライアーはなし、ハンガーも数本のみ。バスタオルもゴワゴワで使いにくいので、持参した方がよいです。 また、中国人の経営らしく、中国人の宿泊者が多かったのですが、大声で話し、順番などのルールを一切守らないなどという状況にとても不快な思いをしました。 但し、スタッフのみなさんの対応はあたたかく親切で心地よかったです。

An Economy Hotel

The receptionists were very friendly and always greeted you with a smile on the way in. The internet connection was very slow and could only be reached on the main lobby floor not the room. The A/C was very cold and the location was great! But the overall condition of the hotel needed some work and it was not in view of the ocean as the name suggests. There is a pool but it closes early and there are no lights at night. The bottom line is, this is a good hotel to stay in if you are on a budget and want to be close to the action and the beach. It was just down the street from the weekly night market on Thursday. So overall, I was satisfied with the hotel, but it would not be my first choice.

寝れればいいと言うだけであれば

シャワーを浴びると、バスルームが絶対びちゃびちゃになるのが不満でした。 あとアメニティ（シャンプーやボディソープ等）をもう少し充実しててほしかった。

정말 너무 낡았어요..

위치는 하파다이호텔 맞은편으로 가라판과 가까이 있어서 참좋아요. 바로옆에 선리더스마켓도 있고 맥도널드도 가까이 있고..가라판도 걸어서 갈정도..그러나 호텔이 너무 지저분하고 낡았어요. 외관부터가 들어가기 싫은정도.룸컨디션은 완전 엉망.지저분한 카페트 바닥..낡은 욕조,변기,세면대,녹조와 석회질이 가득낀 샤워기손잡이,세면대 수도꼭지등.. 에어컨 상태도..냉장고안에는 빈물통만이..2층에서 직접 채워서 먹어야한다네요. 물따라먹으라고 제공된 유리잔은 찝찝해서 손도 대기 싫은 정도.. 침구류는 흰색커버로 그나마 깨끗한듯... 와이파이는 객실에서는 안되고 로비내려와야하며 중간중간 자꾸 끊김.. 제일 만족스러운 부분은 수영장!!!!!! 정말 아무도 없었음.. 우리 가족만의 공간?? 그러나 가족과 여행하시는 분들께는 정말정말 추천하지 않습니다. 오죽했으면 호텔에서 머무는 동안 제발 시간이 빨리 지나가길 빌어야하는 정도니....

宿泊費を安く抑えたい人に最適

ビーチロード沿い、DFSギャラリアには1ブロックはなれているだけで立地よし。 となりに中華系の人がやっているコンビニあるため、飲み物などの調達も便利。シャンプーなども売ってる。 スタッフは日本語はなせないが、24時間誰かしらいて非常にフレンドリーでありがたい。 ホテル自体は古いが部屋の掃除は行き届いていて、備品の交換も確実。バスタブは若干壊れていたが、リゾート指向じゃなければ許容範囲。 海には面していない。でもホテルでてまっすぐいけば海につく。そのまま右にいけばハファダイのビーチにでる。 結論として、ダイビングなどアクティビティ目的の人や、友人同士での旅行、宿泊費を安く抑えたいなどの人に向いていると思います。海に面しているわけではないので、リゾート気分を味わいたいというひとは、フィエスタやハファダイにするほうがいいでしょう。
