The views from this hotel are amazing and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Always smiling and always ready to offer help and offer suggestions of things to do. Our favorite areas were the pool and pool bar, and of course the beach and Godfather's Beach Bar for spectacular sunsets!

We only stayed one night at Marianas Beach Resort, but it was such a nice experience. The place has a relaxing island vibe and feels perfect for a short getaway. We hung out at Skipper’s Bar in the evening — great barbecue, live music, and a beautiful beachfront view. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

I had a wonderful stay overall. The view from my room was truly breathtaking—waking up to such a scenic landscape made my morning special. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and eager to assist, which made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The food was decent and offered a fair variety, and it was complimentary. It was an excellent value for the price.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The resort offered the perfect balance between work and relaxation. I was here for a meeting that I had to attend to and the resort's atmosphere was incredibly serene—quiet enough to focus on my tasks without distraction, yet surrounded by breathtaking views that made me feel it was a mini vacation.

Need some maintenance for both room and tub. And need more stuff. There is no one there to help me out with my baggage so I have to carry 2 baggage and carry on my self to check out.

Unclear terms and condition for using the executive Lounge. Room cleaning time I was around 4 pm So I was in the room after activities. Quality of complimentary breakfasts were poor. Toilet is old style.

They served me old french fries, the club sandwhich was old , the sandwich had little portions on it. I purchased two lemon drop martinis,it wasnt made with real liquor. The room smelled like it had water damage. There wir cables coming out of the sand .They didnt have plastic bags for the ice buckets.A big ball of hair was in the toilet. The person ,that took me to my building wasnt informative. The coffee lounge smelled like there was water damage. There was an ice machine in the building.

At first there were no replacement towels available, but they were quickly provided over the phone. The staff was always willing to help. The building is a little old, but it was clean and easy to spend time in. I would stay at this hotel again.

No signage outside to identity Marianas Beach Resort. Very outdated. Stains on walls. Poor TV quality. Says laundry machines available but when asked was told to go to laundromat down the street. Beach was dirty. Multiple bars on beach but each owned individually so can’t have billed to room.

When i arrived at 4:30pm my room was still occupied. I was told I'd have to wait a no rooms are available. I had to wait 2 hours to finally check in causing me to miss a meeting. I then had cockroaches in my room. Overall, the experience was not great. People were nice but definitely not what i expected. I travel in different areas of the world and this customer service was sketchy. I recommend staying somewhere else. I will say the pool and reception area is beautiful.

値段とグレードについて大満足でした。 部屋の水回り等の設備は最新ではないですが、内装は改装されており、リゾート感のある部屋で満足でした。 バスタブとシャワー室がセパレートな点も奥さんは喜んでいました。 また、エクスペディアに記載はありませんでしたが宿泊者に、プールサイドバー等で使用できる1カクテル無料クーポンと、ビーチでのヨットセイリングの無料クーポンが貰えました（もっとPRすれば良いのに） 朝食はガラパンのカフェでと考えてましたが、1日だけ現地で朝食ビッフェを追加しました。 値段は事前予約と同じ💲20。もう少しメニューが豊富であればと思うのと、オーダーでスクランブルエッグか目玉焼きを焼いてもらえるのですが、高級ホテルにしてはやや大味な為、評価4としてます。 スタッフの接客は皆さんフレンドリーでした。 なお、宿泊するまで知りませんでしたが、12月31日夜はホテルビーチでカウントダウンイベントがあり、ライブあり、花火ありと大変盛り上がり、楽しい宿泊となりました。 参考になれば幸いです。

2025年から2026年の年越しはサイパンで過ごしました。建物の古さは少しありますが、お部屋は広くてかわいいし、バルコニーから見える手入れのされた広大な庭や海は、毎日本当に癒されました。 サンセットはビーチで生演奏を聴きながらお酒を飲んで食事もできます。 プールは夜まで遊ぶことができ、監視員さんがきちんとついており、安心できました。 年越しのカウントダウンイベントは信じられないくらいの花火が打ち上げられて綺麗だったし、盛り上がりました！ ビーチでアクティビティの予約ができるのですが、日本人の方だったので日本語でいろいろ相談できます。 サイパンは少し寂しい印象もありますが、レンタカーでドライブもしやすいですし、海は本当に美しく、ホテルの立地も申し分ありません。 サイパンに来たら、またこちらのホテルにお世話になります♡
