"The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great."

"Looks good from the outside but pretty average inside. Parking is not nearly enough for the guests of the hotel. The room has a weird setup with the sink in the middle of the room and the bathroom only has a small curtain to separate it from the room. "

"Da der Flughafen Varna umgebaut wird, muß Bourgas angeflogen werden, was sich für alle Hotels im Bereich Varna nachteilig auf die Gästzahlen auswirkt. Für uns eher ein Vorteil - wir wurden sehr persönlich betreut und bekamen Frühstück a la card im Schiffsrestaurant. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im 6.Stock mit herrlichem Meerblick und Terasse. Das Thermalschwimmbad im Hause wurde leider nach 5 Tagen (insg. 9 Nächte Aufenthalt) wegen Reparaturarbeiten geschlossen. Optimales Preis -...
