New kitchen and living room totally renovated <br>Welcome basket offered on arrival.<br><br>Creole house totally renovated from a modern angle at the beginning of 2023 !!<br><br>Have fun with the whole family in this chic accommodation as close as possible to the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (50 m from the beach of Nogent, 2 min drive from the beaches of Clugny, Amandiers and La Perle, 5 min drive from the most beautiful beach in Guadeloupe: Grande Anse in Deshaie).<br><br>The villa is located in a closed and secure tropical park with royal palm trees by the sea (50 m for this one) with a new Tiger Wood terrace and swimming pool. The sea view while being in the pool is breathtaking and will bring you total relaxation.....<br><br>Equipped with 4 bedrooms with high-end bedding and 3 bathrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people.<br>All the equipment is new following the renovation at the beginning of 2023.<br><br>The kitchen has all the necessary equipment including dishwasher and washing machine.<br><br>possibility to request an intermediate linen change: 40 euros

Voyage en famille avec enfants et petits-enfants. Cette maison était très propre, très pratique dans un endroit très tranquille à proximité Cependant des commerces.
