"Washing machine had ALOT of wet sheets when we arrived, so we dried them, folded them and put them on the dining table. Shampoo and conditioner would have been appreciated. So would pepper and oil. The fork wouldn’t fork and the knife seemed to just want to give you a splinter!!! The only thing any good there was the package of yogurt!!! I get you are maximizing you costs but you have gone too far at this point. As well, it was busy but having proper amount of staff to keep the area clean would be nice as well."
