More than basic- not clean and do not recommend
"The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep ..."

"The hotel is very nice with lovely rooms and amenities. The pool area was nicely done. The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable however which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. "it was a pleasant stay. great pool. probelm with kitchen tap was fixed staight away. There was mould in bathtub / shower, which should be cleaned up. Parking close to your unit was hit or miss, plus very small turning area if unable to park close."
