You are at home. "la Flamboyante" villa is a beautiful new Creole accommodation, located at Cap Chevalier, on the city of Sainte Anne at the South extreme of Martinique. The house: on the hillsides of Cap, very nicely ventilated by the trade winds, combines the highest comfort, mildness and elegance.

Amazing outdoor space!
We had two couples that rented this house for a week in March. It was just gorgeous. We swam in the pool every morning and evening and enjoyed all of our meals at the outdoor table. To start our days we relaxed and did our computer work in the comfortable outdoor seating surrounded by all the beautiful landscaping with tropical flowers and mountain views. We like to cook so we were very excited with all the wonderful dishes, glasses and other kitchen items. We arrived late so it was nice to have the food items that were left for us. We appreciated all the treats! The indoor space was as nicely decorated as the outdoor area so it made for a great atmosphere. We found the location of the house to be excellent. St. Anne and Marin were both very close by with beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurants. It was great having the little pizza place just a short walk away for those nights that we didn't feel like cooking or driving. We would definitely recommend this property!

Séjour à La Flamboyante
Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’emplacement, en montagne où l’air est bon. L’aménagement autour de la piscine est très agréable. On se sent à la campagne. Et, la résidence est bien située entre Sainte-Anne (plus belles plages à proximité) et le Marin (lieu d’approvisionnement). Maureen

Excellent séjour à La Flamboyante
Nous avons vécu 14 jours dans cette villa et le séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Très bien placée, au calme, la villa est agréable, la cuisine extrêmement bien équipée et la literie très confortable (ce qui a son importance nous concernant). La terrasse est très grande et nous y avons mangé tous les jours. La piscine est super, nos filles se sont beaucoup amusées ! Un seul moins : les salles de bain - plus précisément les cabines de douche - pourraient bénéficier d'un rafraîchissement (joints des portes notamment), et on pourrait également envisager de rehausser le pommeau de la "douche italienne", nous mesurons 1m80 et malheureusement nos têtes touchaient le pommeau :-). La petite pizzeria "Oasis" à 1 minute vaut le détour, nous nous sommes régalés et surtout, on peut aller chercher sa pizza à pied. Nous recommandons cette location et remercions chaleureusement les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et rapidité de réponse !

UN UNIVERS CARAÏBEMENT GENIAL
UN GRAND MERCI à Fabienne et à Philippe. Nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances. Le petit punch à l'arrivée et le petit déjeuner gracieusement offert. Nous l'avons apprécié. Et un grand merci aussi à Evelyne et à son mari, qui sont présent pour nous recevoir, nettoyer la piscine, nous guider en cas de doutes, nous donner un endroit très propre et très accueillant, nous laisser un jardin magnifique...et avec le sourire en prime. Vous pouvez vous rendre dans cet univers les yeux fermés. Vous ne manquerez de rien. LA VILLA " LA FLAMBOYANTE " est au calme, en haut d'un petit hameau sans vis à vis. Nous avons une très belle vue dégagée et très verdoyante. LA VILLA " LA FLAMBOYANTE " est réellement comme sur les photos. Les colibris et autres oiseaux sont présent chaque jours. Les grenouilles nous chantent leur sérénade à la tombé de la nuit. Nous avons fait les visites suivantes avec beaucoup d'étoiles dans les yeux: La rhumerie " CLEMENT" , son jardin très arboré et son habitation d'antan. Le jardin de " BALATA " en présence des colibris, son aire de jeux, son pont suspendu. Le phare de la " CARAVELLE" et sa vue à 360°. L'ÎLET CHANCEL admirer ces fonds blancs et les iguanes en ballade autour de vous ( nous l'avons fait en kayak, vous pouvez emporter le pique-nique avec vous, sans aucun soucis ). Le CAP CHEVALIER, Les ANSES Dufour et les ANSES NOIRES ( sable brillant noir ) et beaucoup d'autres Anses. Les amateurs de plongée seront ravis. Le grand marché coloré et épicé à FORT DE FRANCE. Et les autres petits marchés locaux. Et LE SPLENDIDE CARNAVAL ( au mois de Février ) pas de mots assez fort. Que de la joie de vivre et du bonheur à partager. Par ailleurs les antillais(es) sont très conviviaux, chaleureux et chaleureuses, très souriant. LA MONTAGNE PELEE, LE CANOYNING pour les sportifs. Les moins sportifs resterons à la piscine ou à la plage. Il y à temps de choses à voir, à faire, à écouter, à manger... Que nous allons être obligé de retourner à LA MARTINIQUE car en deux semaines c'est beaucoup trop court. Et maintenant nous avons UNE TRES BONNE ADRESSE, vous la voulez??? OK LA VILLA LA FLAMBOYANTE DE FABIENNE ET PHILIPPE. PANI PWOBLEM. A vous "futurs vacanciers chanceux" de profiter de ce havre de PAIX VERDOYANT et CALME. Vous n'aurez aucun regrets. CARAÏBEMENT.
