Bon rapport qualité prix, acceuillant et au calme

Mr et Mme Mondésir sont des hôtes particulièrement charmant et accueillant. Nous avons loué l'appartement Croton pour une semaine. Cet appartement est situé au rez de chaussée avec grande terrasse et le Hamac!! Un panier de fruits, du café et un planteur était au frais. Si vous recherchez du calme, loin de la cohue des klaxons (que vous confronterez de toute façon en pleine journée) c'est en endroit idéal. Nous regretterons tout de même l'absence de lumière près de la pisicne la nuit tombée et une certaine vétusté de quelques éléments intérieurs. Ce ne sont que des détails qui ne viendront pas gâcher vos vacances.

Séjour à la Belle Créole

Excellent séjour chez Monsieur Mondésir. Le gîte était spacieux, et la grande terrasse très agréable. La piscine discrète et bordée de palmiers. Accueil des propriétaires très sympathique. Recommandons, sans réserve, cette location. Cordialement

"Le logement est conforme...

"Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est situé entre St Anne et St François (environ 10 min en voiture selon la circulation). Il est en retrait à la campagne (calme) à proximité des vaches et poules... qui peuvent parfois servir de réveil... (mais bon avec le décalage horaire on se réveille tôt et cela ne gêne pas). La terrasse est agréable équipée avec un barbecue. Concernant la literie, je dirai que les lits sont confortables et ça c'est un point plus que positif à mon avis. Piscine fraiche mais agréable ( séjour en décembre) Le point de connexion internet se fait au niveau de la piscine et coupe de temps en temps. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l'écoute. Je conseillerai donc ce logement à des proches."

Appartement à l'étage. Propreté sommaire à l'arrivée, fuites du chauffe-eau tout au long du séjour, une literie à changer (deux matelas anciens l'un sur l'autre dans la chambre principale), climatisation inefficace dans la chambre principale), impossibilité de faire fonctionner le four tout au long du séjour (compteur insuffisant), poignées de porte manquantes, équipement général ancien et parfois vétuste. Nécessité de mise au point dès l'arrivée avec le propriétaire qui a répondu favorablement et immédiatement aux demandes (changement de literie, intervention sur la climatisation) mais sans pouvoir modifier certaines structures de l'appartement !
