A family home built by the owners' grandmother, the villa exudes character. Fully renovated in 2022 in a Creole-chic style, it has withstood the test of time while maintaining its irresistible charm. The owners aimed to make the villa a charming haven combining beauty, comfort, and privacy. Mission accomplished: the family home is now divided into 3 independent units that coexist harmoniously and invite you to the sweet life. Each unit is equipped with a kitchen, a living room with TV, a terrace, and a swimming pool.

On the ground floor, you will find the Seahorse unit. It houses two bedrooms: one double and one twin, sharing a shower room. Also on the ground floor, you will find the Starfish unit, with three bedrooms with private shower room. Finally, comfortably nestled upstairs is the Corail unit, equipped with two bedrooms with private shower room.

The villa enjoys a prime location: you are only a few minutes' walk from the charming village of Sainte-Anne and the beautiful Pointe Marin beach, a fine sandy beach lined with coconut trees and calm, crystal-clear waters.

Un séjour d'exception

Merci á Laura et Nathalie pour le service et l’accueil. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette jolie maison à Saint-Anne. Grace à vous et aux propriétaires nous sommes revenus avec des souvenirs magiques ! La maison était exceptionnel. Rien à dire tout était parfait !

Magnifique séjour dans une villa moderne avec toutes les commodités. Nous étions dans l’appréhension avec la piscine creusée et les enfants, mais nous avons été rassurés avec la clôture qui a été installée spécialement à notre attention. L’espace ouvert était génial pour se sentir en nature en tout temps et le logement est très intime.

Super logement!

Le logement Beachside Corail a surpassé nos attentes. Super confortable, propre, très bien équipé, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié tout l’espace extérieur privé et la piscine. Nous avions une belle vue sur la mer et le rocher du Diamant et nous étions à distance de marche de la plage et des restos. Nathalie nous a donné un excellent service et de bonnes suggestions. Comme d’autres l’ont mentionné, les oreillers sont vraiment durs…

Bonjour Laura, notre séjour s'est très bien passé

Le logement très agréable, spacieux avec tout le confort. Même sans une vraie vue mer, le panorama sur le rocher du diamant depuis la terrasse et la chambre parentale était fabuleux. Grand merci à Nathalie qui a toujours été très gentille, a anticipé nos besoins et a fait un grand plaisir aux enfants en amenant un ballon, ils étaient ravis ! Bien cordialement

Tout est parfait!

Séjour très agréable, maison très bien équipée, bien agencée, terrasse orientée vers la mer et pleine ouest: coucher de soleil merveilleux. La végétation aussi est un plus. La plage de la pointe Marin est accessible à pied en moins de 10 min. L'accueil par Nathalie est parfait!! ( c'est un micro détail : les oreillers sont un peu trop fermes et compacts à notre goût). Sinon, tout est parfait.

Très belle villa neuve très bien équipée propre et très confortable . belle piscine privée . Très bon accueil de Nathalie toujours disponible et qui nous a donné plein de conseils Un grand merci Nathalie ! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette belle villa meublée avec des meubles de qualité ( literie excellente entre autre) et aménagée avec gout . Un excellent séjour

Tout d'abord un mot pour Nathalie : MERCI ! pour tout. Pour la villa: très agréable, aménagements au top,avec une literie de qualité,emplacement au top car pas loin en voiture de la plage des Salines ou des anses de Sainte Luce. Bref un excellent séjour !
