All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk, restaurant and ski room folks. The hotel location is prefect, only a few steps from the slopes.

The hotel itself is a bit dated but I didn't expect Club Med for the price. The location (directly across from Club Med) and the staff (Marion in particular) were amazing. Marion was a huge help providing information on parking, ski rental, and activity cards. The included breakfast was also fantastic!

The location isn't the best, although there's a metro station nearby that takes you to the center of Lyon. When I arrived, the parking garage door was broken, and I had to leave my car on the street for the first night. The staff wasn't very professional.
