The room and lobby were clean, the hotel is well located and the staff is very nice. None of what I'm about to say below is at all the fault of the employees - these are management problems. The hotel is understaffed. It took us over a half hour to get our car out of valet parking. That's ridiculous. It wasn't that the staff weren't working hard - there just weren't enough of them for the traffic. If we stay here again, we'll find a self parking lot rather than relying on the hotel (which only offers a valet option). In addition, the breakfast was disappointing. For example, they say they offer fruit, but all they had were a few overripe bananas. They offer yogurt but no plain option. They didn't offer muesli as a cereal option. The coffee was meh. You might pay more for breakfast elsewhere, but at least you'll be satisfied with what you get. Also you should be aware there is only one elevator and you can't get out to the lobby from the stairs. This means you may have to wait a bit during busy times, even if you would be willing to walk.

We booked this hotel primarily because of the photos showing bright, spacious rooms with large floor-to-ceiling windows. That was the main reason we were willing to pay almost $300 per night. Unfortunately, the room we received was completely different from what was advertised. Instead of a bright and spacious room, we were given a long, narrow, and very dark room with one tiny window facing the wall of the neighboring building. There was virtually no natural light. To make matters worse, there was a garbage collection area directly below our window. Until around 2 a.m., staff from the neighboring bar repeatedly threw glass bottles into the bins, creating constant loud noise that made it impossible to sleep. We feel that the listing was misleading, and we would not have booked this hotel had the actual room been accurately represented. It was very good locations and pretty clear apartment.
