"Hello, My mother and I stayed at the hotel in February, and it was an excellent choice. The location was perfect within walking distance of the Grotto—which made our pilgrimage to Lourdes very convenient. The staff were amazing and very supportive, always ready to give us helpful information on how to navigate around Lourdes. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a peaceful and restful sleep. Mano at reception was particularly professional and patient with all our requests. Her excellent service made our stay even more pleasant. she went above and beyond to accomodate us as my mum needed disability facilities . Carina at reception was also very nice The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. In the future, it would be wonderful if there could be a wider variety of full meal choices for lunch and dinner, as this would surely attract even more travellers. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends and family who are planning a religious pilgrimage to Lourdes, and I will certainly return in the future. Well done to the management and all the staff. The cleaners also did a wonderful job—unfortunately I did not get their names, but they were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Clean room and short walk to Our Lady of Lourdes Sanctuary. Very accessible to shops and restaurants. "

"Interior fascinated me - took a lot of pictures! Clean room but a little bit small not enough space to open our luggages. Buffet breakfast was excellent"

"Everything was ok . We did stay 4 nights was good for our needs . Not far away from the city centre and church. We will return to them in the future. "

"Staffs were very nice & helpful (especially Allen &Georgena) Continental breakfast was good. Room was good especially if you travel as family The hotel location was quiet & convenient -17mins walk to the sanctuary & 5 mins or less walk to the airport shuttle bus stop"

"Staff are very pleasant. The room was spotless. The breakfast had many varieties and was plentiful. The building is modern and well decorated. It is a 5 min walk to the Grotto and the church. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The only downside is that we asked for a taxi to Lourdes airport and it was 50 Euro. That was more than the ticket I paid for my flight! That's a rip off!!!"

"Property is good, but the outside pool wasn’t open and area around it not cared for much which we were looking forward to. Inside Spa was very good though. Took a while to get the deposit credited back to my account."
