"We had to wait a long time to get our room. When we finally did, the washroom was not clean and had a terrible smell, so we requested another room. The staff was helpful in reassigning us to another room. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price paid, but could have been better."

"Always an English-speaker at the reception desk. They are very helpful, gracious and respectful. The room was clean and the sofa bed was made up before check-in so we were able to rest quickly after a long travel day. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good.
