I booked Hotel Brighton through Expedia expecting a smooth and protected booking experience, but it turned into one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. When we arrived, the room was dirty, had no functioning air conditioning despite the extreme heat, and immediately triggered a severe asthma and allergy attack. We left the room within minutes because it was not safe for me to stay. I reported everything to the hotel manager immediately, and he told me there would be no issue with a full refund. However, he said he couldn’t process it because the reservation was booked through Expedia and that Expedia would handle it.Hoping Expedia will refund us
