Prestation pas à la hauteur du prix, piscine delabrés

Des l'arrivée, la proprietée est beaucoup plus petite qu'il n'y parrait, sans jardin. Pas de tromperies la dessus, mais les photos sont spécialement bien prise. Ensuite, la piscine... des trous dans la peinture, de la moisisure incrustée, des fuites propables (20cm de moins en 4 nuits...). L'eau semble propre, mais ca n'inspire pas confiance. Le loueur afirme qu'il n'y a pas de moissiures, ce qui est faux, et nous n'infiorme qu'il a prevu de refaire la peinure bientot (ce qui me fait une belle jambe). Ensuite, le reste, du mobilier cassé, de basse qualité, joints de la cuisine horribles, pas de lampe de chevet, 1 seul rouleau de PQ.... Pleins de details qui font que l'ensemble est mauvais. Le tout semble propre, mais c'est vieux et/ou de mauvaise qualité. Sinon l'endroit est correct, la plage et les conmerces sont accessibles rapidement à pied. Cette location ne vaut pas plus que la moitié, voir les 2/3 du prix affiché. C'est dommage car il y a un beau potentiel.

La communication avec Kristof a été super simple par sms, par téléphone. Il est très disponible . Nous sommes des habitués de l'Ile puisque notre famille y habite. Les échanges sur l'Ile étaient très sympas avec lui. Nous sommes un couple avec 3 enfants (9 ans, 6 ans et 3.5 ans). La maison est fonctionnelle et la piscine est appréciable. Elle est très bien située et il est facile de se déplacer à pieds. Pour se garer à proximité nous n'avons pas eu de problème. Les points négatifs sont plutôt au sujet de la propreté de la cuisine et de la salle de bain. Il manque aussi de petites lampes dans les chambres. Mais nous en avons discuté avec Kristof pour les prochains... Le petit plus serait d'avoir à disposition une machine à laver surtout quand on séjourne plus d'une semaine... notamment pour laver les serviettes de toilette. Nous avons fait notre lessive chez les Grands-Parents. Pour avoir déjà loué ailleurs dans St Pierre, le tarif de la location reste élevé pour cette location sans machine à laver et dont la propreté avant notre arrivée n'était pas super top (+ pommeau de douche cassé... tout le séjour). Mais nous avons réservé peu de temps avant notre arrivée et nous n'avions plus vraiment le choix ! ça reste un séjour cool et un bon souvenir Merci Kristof de votre disponibilité
