The hotel itself is very good, very clean and reasonable. The service is pretty poor, you have to asked to be served a drink etc. The “high street” itself is run down… areas like Margaux are beautiful

Great value in the Medoc
Considering the price, this was a great value option in the Medoc wine region. The hotel is a little dated but clean and well maintained. The reception staff are great.
