"I booked for six (4 adults and 2 children), when we arrived they only had accommodation for 4 (1 double bed and 2 singles) however the booking by Expedia confirmed 2 double beds and 2 single beds and accepted the booking for six occupants. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, generously upgraded our room, helped us move our luggage when we changed rooms, and was always available with fantastic local recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Chamonix.
