"Location! Little Bay is great/beautiful beach. Good pools, restaurants and over all feel. Good for families. Room was fine (nothing special) but you’re paying for the view/location. Biggest complaint was that it’s notably understaffed, creating long wait times (pizza stand and bar in particular) and making staff seem annoyed or indifferent. Quick ride to Philipsburg and not bad to /from airport and others parts of the island (never/barely had to wait at cab stand)."

"The room was clean but the bed was too high . The kitchen doesn’t have the basic necessity like an espresso machine and the plague of the toaster was too far from the kitchen area while the table was not good for breakfast. The balcony was good and the view as well .The concierge staff very professional and helpful.Good the small bar around the swimming pool."

"Staff were attentive and night agent was particularly helpful with my early morning check out. Britt Cafe was useful for the few items I needed for an overnight stay."
