"The house is located in St.Marcel and not in Saint Martin. Location is difficult to find easily since village routing was difficult. Though the sleeping beds for 12 are thrre icludibg a family room, the house is good for 8 adults only and it was ok for us, since we were only 8 person group."

"Pros: Om eerlijk te zijn: alles beviel in dit huis. De locatie is prachtig en rustig, de voorzieningen in het huis zijn geweldig en de host is zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Kortom: een echte aanrader! Cons: Voor ons was het prima, maar anderen zouden het terras wat klein kunnen vinden."

"The owner lives in the house when it is not rented out. The rooms are very tidy and the beds are very comfortable. Provided with towels and a pair of slippers, which is delightful. The kitchen utensils are very extensive, so much that they do not fit in the kitchen! Spacious fridge, nice balcony with plenty of seating."

"Dans l’ensemble, tout s’est déroulé de manière fluide. Les salles de bains auraient toutefois pu être livrées dans un état de propreté supérieur. Je recommande également d’améliorer la qualité du linge et des serviettes. De même, à l’instar des hôtels, il serait souhaitable de prévoir du shampooing et autres produits de toilette. Le chef et le majordome étaient excellents."
