"Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in dem wunderbaren Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind sehr freundlich von den Besitzern empfangen worden und die Übergebe Lief (auf französisch und Englisch) herzlich und reibungslos. Das Haus war für uns (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) perfekt. Platz wäre sogar für 6 Personen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, was unseren Hund sehr gefreut hat. Zum Strand hat es ca. 20 Minuten gedauert. Können das Haus mit Pool nur empfehlen. "

"La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle. Un parking( indispensable ) . Un exterieur pour le petit dejeuner. Fidèle à l’annonce. Peut etre un tout petit peu loin de l’hyper centre, mais, tellement agréable de rentrer dans un quartier calme, loin de l’animation. Et tout peut se faire néanmoins à pieds. Il y a une navette ou des Pony reservables juste à coté si besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour! Accueil par Melanie, tres dispo et hyper accueillante!. "Great spot but the accommodation was not very clean and the fittings need updating. For example the pillows were lumpy and smelled, the bed was worn, the sofa was uncomfortable, the chairs were worn, and some of the cupboards and drawers were filled with a jumble of stuff. We were also charged 100€ to have our dog with us. We stayed for four nights. That's 25€ a night. We have stayed in many properties with her and have never been charged that much, even in a five star hotel where they provided...

"Simply an excellent property perfect for multi-generational family holidays. Perfect location to reach the city centre and beaches either by free bus, bike, foot or car. Only 900m from Biarritz rugby stadium. Very well equipped property and excellent communication from the owner throughout. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this rural Basque house. It was clean, spacious and well equipt. Amazing views across to Etxalar. The garden was a little over grown. We enjoyed the short steep walk into town to the bars and shops. Access to the property by car was a little challenging and not for the nervious driver. We would throughly recommend this property."

"Bien situé pour les visites.Très calme ,grand jardin, grande maison.Belle vue.Bonnes literies. Matériel de cuisine en partie vétuste ( frigo, cafetière) , quelques indispensables basiques qui manquent (ciseaux, couteaux de cuisine, couverts à salade, rouleau à pâtisserie…), et un ménage superficiel dans la cuisine."
